Location is great, 5 min to main shopping street, 15 min to old city and Guggenheim museum. Room was very big and exceptional for traveling with kids. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. In house parking is handy.

Great location close to the river and a quick walk to the old town and the Guggenheim. Hotel is in a quiet location and the staff were really helpful.

Good size room (Superior). The breakfast service was very good, always something nice and hot cooked to order. Location really central for Old Town, Guggenheim and shopping. Car Parking very good, spacious.

Outstanding hot breakfast. Location was very good. For walkers, virtually any part of the new or old town can be reached within 25 minutes if a direct route is taken. The river is only a block or two away, and walking places via the river route might add another ten minutes or so to the trip. Abundant restaurants and bars are about 2 blocks south of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, unusually quiet, and had an excellent shower.

Very high standard of hotel room in a great location close to the river and within easy walking distance of the Guggenheim and old town . Catering was superb . Fabulous breakfast with very impressive choice , lots of fresh fruit and accommodating all dietary needs including decaf tea . Bar and restaurant food were also excellent . Staff were lovely.

The location was excellent for walking and exploring. The spa was pretty special, thermal jacuzzi pools for only a small additional cost. The room was simple and clean with tea and coffee facilities that I appreciated.

Location is absolutely great - easy access to the Guggenheim Museum, San Mames stadium and Bilbao city center. Plenty of good restaurants around. Very clean and comfortable room; helpfull staff and great breakfast

The hotel is close to the river, old town and museums (including Guggenheim Museum), so it was easy to take trips and explore Bilbao landmarks. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Rooms were quiet. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and extremely helpful staff all around. The restaurant/bar the hotel provided good options especially that we arrived late on the first night and had to dine in at the hotel. The hotel is located a walking distance from both the old town on one side and the Guggenheim Museum on the other. The rooms are very quiet although our visit to the city coincided with the city's festival!

Nice clean room and large bathroom. Although our room lacked a view, it was very comfortable to stay. 15-minute walk to the old city, and 15-minute walk to Guggenheim, so pretty centered for touristy stuff. This hotel had an underground parking for an extra free which can be reserved in advance. Also, staff was wonderful.
